Must Have's

  2. Ability to manage your own caseload, but know when to escalate complex issues.
  3. Experience working with Microsoft packages; you'll be emailing and report writing daily.

Nice to have's

  1. Background or qualification in healthcare, occupational health, HR, or exercise science.

So, what will you be doing?

  1. Assessing medical conditions and identifying treatment options and potential risks.
  2. Supporting members through their care journey and offering expert guidance.
  3. Liaising with NHS and private providers to arrange referrals.
  4. Ensuring all care aligns with healthcare policies and plan guidelines.
  5. Working closely with the onsite Functional Health Team for a truly holistic approach.
