Churchill Services is seeking an ambitious Business Development Director to lead growth in our Healthcare division across the UK. You will drive new business, manage complex bids and work with our Bid, Pricing and CRM teams to maximise revenue.

You will travel regularly, hold a full UK driving licence, and build strong relationships with healthcare clients and internal stakeholders while delivering against sales targets.

Qualificações

• Recent leadership experience in Business Development within Healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and winning new business in the last five years.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel regularly across your designated region and nationally.
• Strong commercial acumen, with pricing models and risk awareness.
• Experience leading bids valued at over £5 million per annum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and develop new business relationships, maximising revenue and profitability.
• Represent Churchill Contract Services Ltd to prospective clients via meetings, calls and email.
• Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract close and handover to operations.
• Demonstrate drive and attention to detail to maximise sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Customer Services, Bid, Pricing and Operations.
• Produce accurate weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the position.
