Job Description:

This leading international law firm is currently recruiting for an Associate to join its expanding Healthcare team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team, working on complex and high-profile clinical negligence and abuse claims for major insurers, indemnifiers, healthcare professionals, local authorities, and charities.

This position is suited to a solicitor with between NQ and 5 years’ PQE who has experience in litigation, ideally with a background in personal injury work. Experience in clinical negligence or abuse claims is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, engage directly with clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside specialists in litigation, regulatory matters, and public inquiries within a modern, flexible working environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable, and confident in dealing with complex legal issues. You should also be comfortable working to client service standards and reporting requirements.

This is a full-time permanent role with flexible working arrangements.
