Healthcare Assistants Full and Part Time - Top Rates of Up to £1500/Week

We are hiring Healthcare Assistants for both full-time and part-time roles, offering top rates of up to £1500 per week.

About the Job

The post holder must work as part of a team, with the ability to organise and prioritise their workload daily, while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. They should know their own limits and seek guidance from a Practice nurse, GP, or Practice Manager when necessary.

Under the supervision of the practice nursing team and in accordance with specific practice or national guidelines and protocols, the healthcare assistant will assist in delivering prescribed patient care programs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide efficient, professional care to patients.
  2. Carry out BMI checks.
  3. Facilitate routine and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring according to protocols, advising patients accordingly.
  4. Collect intravenous blood samples.
  5. Perform baseline observations such as pulse oximetry, blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate, recording findings accurately.
  6. Test urine specimens using appropriate equipment and record results.
Additional Details

Roles available Monday to Friday, Saturday to Sunday, with lots of overtime.
