We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to work on an ad-hoc shift basis in Care Homes across the Leicestershire area. This flexible position allows you to pick shifts that suit your schedule, providing the perfect opportunity for individuals looking for a rewarding role in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality care and support to residents in Care Homes.
2. Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, eating, and mobility.
3. Monitor and record patients' conditions, reporting any changes to senior staff.
4. Support residents with personal hygiene tasks and ensure their comfort and well-being.
5. Work in a person-centered approach to provide emotional and physical support.
6. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Essential Skills & Experience

1. Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
2. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
3. A willingness to undergo further training and professional development.
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
5. Must be reliable and flexible with working hours.
6. A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
