About the RoleYou'll be working alongside dedicated Registered Nurses, supporting the daily care needs of clients in rest homes, hospitals, and dementia units.

Your role will include:

• Supporting personal care: showering, toileting, dressing, feeding
• Assisting with mobility using hoists and slide sheets
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Keeping the environment clean and safe
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring confidentiality
• Helping create a calm and positive atmosphere - especially for those most in need

About You

• At least 6 months' experience in a Rest Home or Hospital setting
• Confident using hoists and sliding sheets
• Someone reliable, empathetic, and culturally aware
• A great communicator and team player
