We provide high-quality complex care at home to clients by employing the best staff to deliver that care. Our dedicated healthcare professionals support our clients to live life as they choose, in their own homes, empowering people to live as independently as possible.

We aim to be a positive force for change in the care sector and to lead through investing in our people via progressive learning and development, caring for their wellbeing, and enabling them to reach their full potential. We are committed to passionate care at every touchpoint, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

What we can offer you:

  • FREE training
  • £250 refer a friend bonus
  • QCF qualifications up to level 5
  • Full and part-time positions
  • Additional training opportunities
  • Employee assistance program
  • Free Blue Light Card

Our onboarding process is thorough and includes training and a paid induction. During induction, you'll shadow a team member to understand your role and meet your colleagues. Your management team and colleagues will support you as you apply your training and settle into your role. You'll build your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Group Support.

Your role involves supporting clients in their homes with daily routines, including:

  • Medication administration
  • Moving and handling
  • Personal care

If you are passionate about caring for vulnerable people, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and in challenging situations, we would love to hear from you!

If this vacancy isn't quite right, we have other opportunities available and would be happy to discuss them with you.
