Job summary

Jane Lewis Health & Social Care in Llandudno is seeking an Agency Care Assistant to support individuals across nursing homes and learning disability services. You will help with daily activities, personal care and promoting well-being.

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
• Have at least 6 months UK based experience
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
