We're seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join us in Blackburn, providing exceptional homecare to our service users.

Our focus is on complex clinical care, with service users requiring support such as personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical interventions like Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care.

Full training on clinical competencies will be provided by our skilled Registered Nurses, tailored to each service user's needs.

Applicants should have at least 3 months of care experience, be flexible and adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact.

Note: Our service users have specifically requested female staff to work with them.

Positions available: Full-time and part-time roles covering days and waking nights, up to 12-hour shifts.

Pay rates: From £13.00 to £16.00 per hour, following successful shadowing (paid at £11.50 per hour).
