Job summary

Care Outlook is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in the Extra Care Scheme at Sandown Court TW2 and Dean Road TW12. You’ll provide personal care, build relationships, and help maintain independence with dignity.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts, a £300 Refer a Friend bonus, comprehensive training for the Care Certificate, 28 days annual leave pro rata, and a regular 4-week payroll cycle.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording health and wellbeing.

The Role

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)

The Requirements

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Waking Night Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 22:00 - 07:00

Other Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 15:00pm - 23:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
