Join Our Team and Enhance Your Skills in Complex Clinical Care

We're seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join us in Salford, providing outstanding homecare to our service users.

Our focus is on delivering complex clinical care, including personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and supporting clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care.

Full training on clinical competencies will be provided by our team of Registered Nurses, so prior clinical intervention skills are not required.

Applicants should have at least 3 months of care experience, be flexible and adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact.

Pet-friendly candidates are preferred, as some service users have pets.

We offer ad hoc shifts supporting specialized care, including:

1. 12-hour day shifts
2. 12-hour night shifts
3. Availability from Monday to Sunday

Competitive hourly rates are offered, subject to successful shadowing, which is paid at £11.50/hour. Rates after shadowing include:

• Weekdays - £13.00/hour
• Weeknights - £13.50/hour
• Weekends - £14.00/hour
• Bank Holidays - £17.00/hour

Annual salaries based on two 12-hour shifts per week are approximately:

• Day shifts: £16,224 - £17,472
• Night shifts: £16,848 - £17,472

Clients may specify gender preferences for staff, but this does not reflect the views of our organization. Currently, some service users request female staff only.
