Working period: Ad-hoc basis
Working Hours: 16:00 - 21:30 weekdays

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Spalding, Long Sutton and Holbeach. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility
2. Supporting patients with meals and hydration
3. Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes to healthcare staff
4. Providing emotional support and companionship
5. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
6. Assisting with medical procedures under supervision

What We Are Looking For:

1. Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred but not essential)
2. A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others
3. Good communication and teamwork skills
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. A willingness to learn and develop within the role
