Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic support worker to provide compassionate, person-centered care to a young autistic man. The role demands a good level of fitness, as you will be expected to go on long walks, participate in outdoor gardening, and engage in various physical and social activities. Creativity and flexibility are essential to develop new activities that match the individual's interests and support an active lifestyle. This young man's interests are varied and vibrant. He enjoys football, table tennis, wall climbing, DJing, yoga, swimming, and spending time with friends who share his love of music, cricket, hockey, and street dance. Living independently, he values close family connections and shares his home with a rescue dog who's very much part of the team.
