Job Role
- Provide excellent personal care to customers in their day-to-day activities and fulfill their social care needs.
- Ensure vulnerable individuals are safeguarded from abuse and report any signs of alleged abuse observed or brought to your attention.
- Assist people with their medication at the agreed level of support as detailed in individual risk assessments and care plans.
- Prepare meals with knowledge of service users’ likes/dislikes, nutritional needs and cultural requirements while maintaining hygiene.
- Document records of service users, such as personal information, care plans, medical records, and changes to health, in carers notes.
- Use manual handling equipment safely and correctly.
- Attend training seminars and staff meetings as requested to stay updated on social care requirements.

Key Requirements
- Valid driving license with access to own car (desirable).
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is desirable but not essential.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
