Job Overview
Contribute to providing a warm, homely environment for children and young people on short break stays, primarily at Layland, a small OFSTED-regulated home for children with learning disabilities and health needs. Support, supervision, and training will be provided. The role includes weekend, bank holiday, and night work. The post is permanent.
Main duties
Work as part of a team to provide effective Short Break Services, working in partnership with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their emotional, physical, cultural, religious, and spiritual needs are met.
