Location: Burford House Care Home, Rickmansworth Road, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, WD3 5SQ

Hourly rate: £. to £. per hour, plus night and weekend enhancements

Hours: Up to hours per week

Shifts: Day and night shifts available across Monday to Sunday

  • Support residents with daily activities, including personal care, developing care plans, and meal assistance
  • Be a reliable friend who champions residents’ dignity and independence
  • Support residents to live happy and healthy lives
  • Communicate effectively, take responsibility, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships

About you:

  • You have the right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
  • You possess a caring nature, positive attitude, and teamwork skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with the elderly is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
