A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care for patients with complex needs. This role involves facilitating therapeutic activities, liaising with professionals, and promoting a caring environment. £24.07k - £25.67k per annum
We provide a range of treatment pathways for patients with complex needs including psychological, occupational and educational approaches to support their recovery.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will be: Providing and maintaining a high standard of care, facilitating therapeutic / meaningful activities for patients on the ward.Involved in escorting patients on out of grounds visits
Liaising closely with other health and social care professionals as well as patients, relatives, and carers.Undertaking, record, and report clinical observations as directed by registered staff.
Always act in a manner to promote and safeguard the interests and wellbeing of patients.Actively promote a responsible caring attitude at all times, treating all patients with dignity and respect.
