As a Healthcare Assistant in Pre Assessment at our hospital, you’ll demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You should have a good telephone manner, excellent computer and database skills, and be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

As a Healthcare Assistant in the Pre Assessment team, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out administrative duties
• Getting to know our patients and understanding their needs
• Meeting the individual needs of each patient
• Using your organisational skills to make a positive impact
