Hours: This is a part time role, 22.5 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday, including days and nights. Salary: This position is parttime ,youll receive an annual salary of between £24,669 - £28,690 (FTE, this will be pro rata'd for the part time hours) - depending on experience. Main duties of the job

As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

  • Working within the primary care team, you will work with Nurses and Nursing Associates across the service
  • Assist with clinical observations, vaccination clinics etc
  • Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
  • Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
  • Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics
  • Support the nursing and pharmacy teams onsite
  • Support the mental health and substance misuse teams as necessary
  • Assist with release and discharge when needed
