Healthcare Assistant - Outpatients & Pre-assessment

Up to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience

As a Healthcare Assistant in our Outpatients/Pre-assessment department at our hospital, you'll bring relevant experience, a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach. You demonstrate patience, focus and excellent communication skills. A real team player, you have the diligence, IT literacy and passion for development and training to make a difference. You will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant in our Outpatients/Pre-assessment department, you will:

  1. Put patient care first, you will enjoy time to really get to know the people who are our patients. By understanding them as individuals, you can better meet their needs.
  2. Use your organizational skills to the full, as you take responsibility for administrative duties.
