Job summary

Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital in Buckhurst Hill is seeking a Healthcare Assistant – Outpatients for a permanent full-time role in the Outpatients team. You will gain exposure across Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT and GP Services, supporting consultants and nurses in a busy private hospital environment.

We require an experienced HCA with NVQ level 3 and phlebotomy experience, plus strong communication, IT literacy and a flexible, patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 and previous work experience as a HCA are essential.
• Experienced phlebotomist with relevant work setting experience.
• Strong communication and IT literacy are required for clinical support.

Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital | Buckhurst Hill IG9 5HX | Outpatients | Permanent full time 37.5 hrs| Department opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am - 9pm Saturday 8am – 2pm varying shifts within these hours as required

As a Healthcare Assistant in Outpatients at The Holly Hospital, you’ll bring relevant experience, a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach. You demonstrate patience, focus and excellent communication skills. A real team player, you have the diligence, IT literacy and a passion for development and training in order to make a difference. You will be an experienced phlebotomist and will have used your skills in a work setting. NVQ level 3 and previous work experience as a HCA are essential!
