A leading care provider in the UK is seeking Healthcare Assistants/Carer Drivers to deliver effective, person-centred care to clients in their homes. Your role will involve supporting service users with daily tasks, promoting their well-being while complying with best practices and legislative requirements. The role of the Healthcare Assistant/ Carer Driver is to develop, maintain, and provide an effective and professional care service to the Service Users by best practices and legislative requirements.
At all times, the Healthcare assistant must reflect the policies and procedures and the standards under the direction of the Senior Carer/Care Coordinator. The role is diverse and involves many elements not only limited to the day-to-day care of our service users, including but not limited to;
Supporting and enabling Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to the Service User.
To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required occasionally to maintain and progress knowledge. Visiting clients in their own homes to provide care and support.

Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being;
PERSONAL SKILLs
Compliance and understanding of all policies and procedures relevant to your role.
Competency Needed - Training Available, if Required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, flexible hours
Pay: £12.21 per hour
