Overview

Are you a night owl with a passion for care? – We have flexible night shifts available, offering weekly pay for the hours you work!

As an experienced night-time care assistant, you will be working alongside the existing friendly and experienced team to deliver the very best of care. The elderly residents are living with various age-related illnesses, with the home predominately providing care to those living with various levels of Dementia.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care to the residents.
• Assisting the residents with their mobility (inc. use of Hoists).
• Undertaking frequent observation checks throughout the night and ensuring that these are recorded correctly.
• Undertaking the reposition of residents as and when required by their care plans.
• Responding promptly and professionally to residents needs throughout the night.
• Undertaking domestic duties as required.
• Ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed.

Requirements

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
• Up to date mandatory training certificates.
• Full up-to-date CV.
• A referenceable work history with at least 3 months of UK based care experience within a care or nursing home.

You will be working from 21:00 to 07:00 on night required from Monday through to Sunday.

You will be paid £12.75 per hour
