Role expectations

As a Healthcare Assistant, support daily activities, promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing, and foster meaningful relationships with residents and families. This role involves supporting residents during night shifts (20:00 - 8:00) with a 3:1 carer-to-resident ratio.
