Overview

Join Nurseline Community Services to provide compassionate, high-complex mental health care at home for people with behavior that challenges and personality disorders in Cheltenham. We are looking for dedicated HCAs to lead the delivery of person-centered mental health services directly in people’s homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mobility support, including basic moving and handling.
  • Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Help with meal preparation, nutrition, hydration, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and, when needed, financial assistance.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • One year of previous experience in healthcare settings, in community or home-based care.
  • Experience in managing complex health needs, with a focus on mental health, and working with diverse populations.
  • Driving license is essential for community work and transport of the people we support.
  • PMVA training is required.
  • Experience supporting people with eating disorders and complex physical health needs.
