About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to work within our service areas (Morecambe, Lancaster, Carnforth, Preston, Blackpool). Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to service users with varying impairments, promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and the use of aids and equipment.
• Help service users communicate with professionals and access appointments, including staying with them if necessary.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding medication and health needs, including administration and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, incidents, and any concerns.
• Follow company policies on confidentiality, safety, and financial handling.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points, own vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Previous experience or training in personal care is desirable.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative.
