A local care provider in Broadstairs is looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support residents at Tulipa House care home. You will assist with daily living activities and follow care plans, making a difference in the lives of older people. Experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Flexible day and night shifts are available.

As a Healthcare Assistant at Tulipa House care home, youll assist residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Youll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship.

Responsibilities

To join us youll need to have some experience of caring for older people, although not essential as we'll provide all the training you need to thrive. You must have a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, youll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.

We are seeking Healthcare assistants both days and nights, flexible hours can be discussed!
