Job description

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for child and adult service users in Hereford and Worcester.

In this role, you'll deliver essential, person-centered care to our service users, managing their clinical interventions and tending to their care needs. You'll also support them to participate in activities they enjoy, such as socialising with friends and family, going on community outings, and engaging in sensory-based activities with the younger ones.

At night, you'll assist with their bedtime routines, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night's sleep.

Please note, our service users have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

  • Rates starting from £13.00 per hour

Shifts Available:
  • Full Time and Part Time
  • Days & Nights
  • Shifts ranging from 5 to 12-hour durations
  • Alternate weekend availability is required

Essential Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
