Job Description

Are you a Healthcare Assistant with a Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification (NVQ, Apprenticeship, Diploma) or equivalent experience? Do you want to develop specialist skills in renal care? We are looking for a helpful, tactful, and meticulous individual to join our clinic as a Dialysis Assistant.

We offer excellent training, including an 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme accredited by the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association/European Renal Care Association, and ongoing development opportunities. The salary is up to £25,163.53, with progression potential, and a range of benefits including no night shifts, unsocial hours payments, pension scheme, holidays, and more.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, and maintain equipment.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and visitors.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Administer medication as required.

This is a part-time role (23 hours/week) with shifts between 6:30 am to 11:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
