Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics throughout Radyr. This role involves routine clinical tasks, patient-facing procedures and general support duties within GP environments.

You will carry out observations, assist with clinical tasks and help run the clinic day-to-day, ensuring safe and efficient patient care. The role offers flexible sessional and long-term locum opportunities across regional and community locations.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistant experience in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident in routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS.

You will contribute to the delivery of safe and efficient patient care by carrying out observations, assisting with clinical tasks and supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic.
