Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics across Romney Marsh. You will perform routine clinical observations, assist with treatment room tasks, and support day-to-day clinic operations in GP settings.

The role involves contributing to safe patient care, carrying out observations, and assisting with basic clinical tasks, with flexible shifts across weekday, evening, or weekend slots.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident with routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
• Phlebotomy experience is beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is expected.
