Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics across Mablethorpe. The role blends routine clinical tasks, patient-facing procedures and general clinic support within well-organised GP environments.

You will contribute to safe, efficient patient care by carrying out observations, assisting with clinical tasks and supporting daily clinic operations. Flexible shifts with weekday, evening or weekend availability, suitable for both short-term and ongoing work

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare Assistant experience in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident in routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial.
