Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics across Coupar Angus. You will perform routine observations, assist with clinical tasks and help run a busy GP clinic efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have experience in GP, community or NHS settings, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to new clinics. DBS checks enhanced are preferred; phlebotomy experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistant experience in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident in routine patient observations and basic procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills; adaptable to new clinics.
• Phlebotomy experience is beneficial and valued.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Locum Ready is looking for a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics throughout Coupar Angus. This opportunity offers a mix of routine clinical tasks, patient-facing procedures and general support duties within organised GP clinic environments.

You will contribute to the delivery of safe and efficient patient care by carrying out observations, assisting with clinical tasks and supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic.
