Job summary

Locums First is seeking Locum Healthcare Assistants to cover sessions in Acharacle, Scotland. This role offers fully flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends to fit your availability, in local primary care services.

You will support clinical teams with routine observations, treatment room tasks, ECGs and phlebotomy where trained, while delivering patient education and maintaining accurate documentation. DBS enhanced required.

Qualifications

• Requires HCA experience in primary care, community or NHS settings.
• Phlebotomy skills desirable.
• Ability to perform clinical observations confidently.
• Good communication and patient interaction skills.
• Adaptability across different primary care environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient observations (BP, pulse, temperature).
