Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Healthcare Assistant to work in Skipton across community clinics, GP surgeries and wider primary care services. This role offers sessional, fully flexible shifts aligned to your availability.

You will assist with basic patient assessments, support routine procedures, perform ECGs and health checks, and help maintain an efficient clinic environment. DBS may be required, with opportunities for ad-hoc and regular bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an HCA in primary care, community or NHS settings
• Phlebotomy skills beneficial
• Confident in carrying out standardised clinical tasks
• Strong communication and time-management abilities
• Comfortable adapting to new clinical environments
• Enhanced DBS
