Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking Locum Healthcare Assistants to work across community clinics, GP surgeries and wider primary care services in the UK. You will support patient assessments, perform routine clinical procedures and help maintain an efficient clinic environment with flexible shifts.

Key tasks include patient observations, ECGs, phlebotomy if trained and updating notes. DBS clearance is required and opportunities range from ad-hoc to regular bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an HCA in primary care, community or NHS settings.
• Phlebotomy skills beneficial.
• Confident in carrying out standardised clinical tasks.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to new clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.
