Locum Ready in Hawkhurst is seeking Locum Healthcare Assistants to cover sessions across community clinics, GP surgeries and wider primary care services, offering flexible shifts that fit your availability.

You will support patient assessments, perform routine clinical tasks, and help maintain an efficient clinic environment, with guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow for all clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an HCA in primary care, community or NHS settings.
• Phlebotomy skills beneficial.
• Confident in carrying out standardised clinical tasks.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to new clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsabilités

• Conduct basic patient observations including BP, pulse and temperature.
• Support routine treatment room procedures.
• Carry out ECGs and basic health checks.
• Perform phlebotomy if trained.
