Ellern Mede Barnet is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support young people in a dynamic, 24-hour service. You will help with daily care, monitor wellbeing, and document observations while collaborating with staff, families, and external professionals.

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience in healthcare, social care, or education setting.
• Basic understanding of mental health and safeguarding principles.
• Willingness to work shifts (days, nights, weekends) as part of a 24-hour service.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and resilient while maintaining professional boundaries.

Essential
