Job summary

Kinly Care Homes in Bilston, Wolverhampton, is seeking Care Assistants to join our nursing and residential care team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, support daily living activities, and help maintain dignity and wellbeing in a warm, supportive environment.

Full training will be provided. A valid driving licence is a plus but not essential. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay, and ongoing training within a modern care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents at all times.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting, and eating.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and choice.
• Assist residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life and wellbeing.
• Support residents who require additional assistance or are unable to manage independently.
• Assist with serving meals and supporting residents during mealtimes where required.
• Work collaboratively alongside Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and in accordance with operating procedures.
• Follow all health and safety, infection prevention, and safeguarding procedures.
• Contribute positively to team morale and support colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

We are looking for people who enjoy a challenge, are highly motivated and possess a passionate and caring nature to join our team. Ideally the successful candidate will hold a valid driving licence, but this is not essential.
