We have an exciting opportunity for support workers to join the Gynaecology and Early pregnancy team. This will entail supporting consultants and nurses during Gynaecology Procedures and working within the Early pregnancy unit. You will be expected to support both units within the Women and Children\'s directive.
The job includes supporting the doctors, nurses and patients when they have pregnancy complications or Gynaecology conditions. You will be expected to complete the healthcare certificate, chaperoning, observations, urinalysis, pregnancy tests, weight and height. You will be required to assist and prep for Gynaecology procedures. You may be trained if required on Observations, urinalysis venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring and ECG.
