Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a valued member of a compassionate team caring for a teenage girl in Accrington. She enjoys watching Disney movies, following Strictly Come Dancing, and pampering herself with massages and manicures.

Your role will involve providing specialised care, remaining vigilant, managing her clinical needs, and supporting her hobbies and interests.

Pay Rates:

• £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
• Approx. £156.00 - £192.00 per 12-hour shift

Shifts Available:

• Full Time and Part Time Days
• 7:45am - 7:45pm
• 2-4 Shifts Per Week
• Alternate weekends required

Note: Our service user has specifically requested female staff to work on her team. Due to the nature of our vacancies, service users can request either female or male staff.

Essential Experience:

• At least 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Pet-friendly environment (she has a pet dog)
• Clear communication skills
