The role offers flexible contracts (part-time or full-time) with development pathways toward Enhanced Healthcare Assistant, inclusive of DBS checks and right-to-work eligibility in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or a willingness to train and grow in care.
• Ability to maintain privacy, dignity and respect for residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care with dignity and respect.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance quality of life.
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular wellbeing checks according to care plans.
• Record resident information using digital documentation systems.
• Report incidents or concerns to senior staff promptly.
