Job summary

We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement. You will be a key part of our multidisciplinary team, offering holistic support to patients and their loved ones. This role is community-based, supporting clients and families in their homes to ensure dignity, comfort, and continuity of care during this significant life journey.

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £24,647 - £26,763 pro rata per annum + enhancements

Contract: Permanent Part-Time, 27 hours/week, Night Shifts 10 pm to 7 am, with some occasional day shifts

Location: Community-based across Gretna, Annan, Dumfriesshire, and Galloway

Requirements:

• At least 6 months’ experience in health or social care
