A healthcare provider in Market Warsop is looking for caring individuals to join their team as carers. Responsibilities include helping residents with personal care, providing companionship, and assisting with daily activities. Candidates should possess compassion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Full and part-time shifts are available, offering a supportive environment to make a difference in residents' lives.
Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include: helping with washing and dressing; assisting with feeding and mealtimes; finding out and knowing residents interests and needs; general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas; supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities. Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
