A healthcare organization in London is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for the Out of Hours Service. You will deliver nursing care to patients in their homes, collaborating with various healthcare professionals. A clean driving license and access to a car are required. The post holder will work independently under the guidance of a registered nurse to provide efficient, evidence-based nursing care to patients in their own homes. They will collaborate with team members, service users, general practice staff, and other agencies.
Key responsibilities include working as part of the District Nursing Service to deliver delegated nursing care to patients at home.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Requirements: All candidates must have a clean driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
