Job Description
We are recruiting for a multiple Healthcare Assistant (HCA) vacancies within our Care @ Home service.There are a few roles available across the area, which you can see more details on below, but all are part of our night-time service so will require someone who is comfortable with lone working. These night shifts will be waking nights and will require you to be awake throughout the night and each shift will be spent with one person in one home.
Hours:22:00pm – 07:00am night shift (18, 27 or 36-hour contracts available)
Contract:Part-time Permanent
Salary:Band 2 £24,169 per annum, in line with NHS Agenda for Change (AFC) + enhancements and Marie Curie employee benefits package
Locations:
As these are community-based roles, you will be responsible for planning your own work, responding to changes in patient conditions, prioritising care needs (including hygiene, nutrition and hydration, comfort, monitoring vitals, and more) as detailed in the personalised care plan and ensuring you escalate appropriately to senior staff within the multidisciplinary team in a timely manner.
