Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care support for adults

Pay – up to £22 per hour

£50 signing on bonus paid to all workers within your first weekly pay. £50 recommend a friend bonus, paid to all Onecall24 Healthcare employees for all workers recommended to Onecall24 Healthcare, once they have completed their first week.

Full Training Provided

Onecall24 Healthcare is recruiting for a team of carers to provide care to clients living in their own homes with complex nursing and care requirements. Due to their complex health conditions and specialist care needs, clients require ongoing support day and night. We are recruiting dedicated complex care professionals committed to supporting these packages of care long-term. Full training and clinical support will be provided to all team members.

We seek candidates with experience in:

• Complex care at home, working with children, adults, or both
• Moving and handling

In this role, you will assist with key health functions throughout the week, including administering medication, moving and handling, personal care, and healthcare tasks tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring safety and comfort at home. You will be supported by qualified Nurse Managers overseeing all care packages.

You will be a vital part of the Onecall24 Healthcare complex care team, dedicated to providing quality, person-centred care.

Full training in specialist and person-centred care will be provided. Access to transport is important due to the nature and locations of work.
