Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care support for Adults and Children

Location – Redruth

Pay – up to £22 per hour

£50 signing on bonus paid to all workers within your first weekly pay. £50 recommend a friend bonus, paid to all Onecall24 Healthcare employees for all workers recommended to Onecall24 Healthcare, once they have completed their first week.

Onecall24 Healthcare is recruiting carers to provide care to clients living at home with complex nursing and care needs. Due to their health conditions, clients require ongoing day and night support. We seek dedicated complex care professionals committed to supporting these packages. Full training and clinical support will be provided.

Requirements include experience in:

• Complex care at home, working with children, adults, or both.
• Moving and handling.

Responsibilities include assisting with health functions such as administering medication, personal care, moving and handling, tailored to each client's needs, ensuring safety and comfort at home. Qualified Nurse Managers oversee all care packages, providing support.

As part of the Onecall24 Healthcare team, you will be committed to quality, person-centered care.

Full training in care delivery and 24-hour support will be provided. Access to transport is important due to the nature and location of work.
