Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care support for Adults and Children

Location – Dawlish

Pay – up to £22 per hour

£50 signing on bonus paid to all workers within your first weekly pay. £50 recommend a friend bonus, paid to all Onecall24 Healthcare employees for all workers recommended to Onecall24 Healthcare, once they have completed their first week.

Full Training Provided

Onecall24 Healthcare is recruiting carers to provide care to clients living in their own homes with complex nursing and care requirements. Due to their health conditions, clients require ongoing day and night support. We seek dedicated complex care professionals committed to supporting these packages of care long-term. Full training and clinical support will be provided.

Required experience includes:

• Complex care at home, working with children, adults, or both.
• Moving and handling.

Responsibilities include assisting with health provision functions such as administering medication, moving and handling, personal care, and healthcare tasks tailored to each client's needs, ensuring safety and comfort at home. Support is provided by qualified Nurse Managers overseeing all care packages.

You will be part of the Onecall24 Healthcare complex care team, emphasizing quality and person-centred care.

Full training will be provided in all aspects of care delivery. Access to your own transport is important due to the nature and location of work.
