OneCall24 Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a client with an acquired brain injury at his home in Banbury, Oxfordshire. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing and promote dignity and independence while working closely with the client’s family.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, dedicated to high-quality, individualized support, and must be a driver with a full UK license.

• Full UK driver’s license is required.

Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Pay Rates: £14.00 - £26.00

Shift Pattern: Days and Nights (12 Hour shifts)

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support our client in his own home. Our client has an Acquired Brain Injury and lives with his supportive partner and son.

You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, monitor his wellbeing, and promote his dignity and independence while working closely with his family. The ideal candidate will be caring, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualised support.
